Muslim Umma needs a leadership in current scenario: Saudi Ambassador

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Ambassador in Pakistan Abdul Aziz bin Ibrahim bin Saleh has said Muslim Umma stands in need of leadership in the prevailing situation.

He said this while addressing a ceremony held here Monday on occasion of launching of book entitled principles of politics and leadership of Shah Abdul Aziz bin Saud. Babar Awan, Raja Zafar ul Haq, senator Sajid Mir and others attended the ceremony.
Saudi Ambassador said his country stands with Pakistan in every trying time. Pakistan is our brother and our second home, he held. If Pakistan faces any problem then Saudi government tries to resolve it along with government of Pakistan, he maintained.
He went on to say “ we will have to move forward together like the past in current scenario.
Speaking on the occasion senator Raja Zafar ul Haq said Shah Abdullah supported Pakistan more than any other country after it had gone nuclear and provided oil valuing 3 billion dollars to Pakistan despite restrictions. On the other hand US remains always ready to impose ban on Pakistan, he added.
PPP leader Babar Awan said robust ties existed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and they would be further consolidated. Online
