Pervez Musharraf announces to return to country soon

LAHORE: Former President of Pakistan, All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Quaid Pervez Musharraf reiterated that he was not afraid of returning to Pakistan and soon he would be among his countrymen.

Addressing a video conference to APML workers here on Sunday, Musharraf said a new political culture should be introduced in Pakistan as the prevailing political and economic circumstances have created disappointment among the masses.
APML Chief Pervez Musharraf said that the security and integrity of the country lay in changing the status quo and this change should come through All Pakistan Muslim League (APML).
He further said that steps are being taken to organise the APML in different parts of the country and dejected and disappointed nation could only be steered from on-going challenges of terrorism, inflation, corruption and unemployment through change.
APML Quaid denounced rumours that he was trying to meet Nawaz Sharif adding that PML-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has forget all the favours that ‘I did for him and let him on-board for Saudi Arabia. Nawaz used to give enmity in favas of sympathies and I never expect anything good from him.
He said that the youth of the country were desperate and struggling for change and it would be APML that would provide platform to the young guns of the country to pay their role for betterment and progress of the country.
‘ I have face death number of time and no one can deter me to come back to the country to serve my country as I am committed at doing something better for my country men’.
APML Chief said that Local Government system proved itself best for the political and economic betterment of the country and if given a chance, I would bring back the local government system in the country.
APML chief pointed out that incumbent leadership of the country has nothing to do with the issues of the masses as they were even go to foreign countries for their medical treatment what would they do for the people of the country if they don’t trust at Pakistani doctors. Earlier, member of his political party had assured that Musharraf would return to Pakistan at the end of the year, despite reports to the contrary.
Earlier APML leadership in the country including Ch. Shahbaz, APML General Secretary Barrister Saif Ali Khan and APML Spokesman Fawad Ch also addressed on the occasion stating that the day is not far off when Pervez Musharraf will return to Pakistan and steer the masses from the cruelty of the incumbents.
