KARACHI : Three people were killed in different firing incidents in metropolis on Monday, the police said.A man was found shot dead in Khaldabad in the limits of Shah Latif Police Station,
police said.In-charge Khaldabad police post Aijaz Lodhi said that the police found the body from a Suzuki van bearing registration number KD-3312. It was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for medico-legal formalities.Later, the body was moved to Edhi Morgue for want of identification.Separately, a man was found shot dead near Dua Hotel on Main Maripur Road in the limits of Kalri Police Station.Kalri Police said that they found the body of a man stated to be in his mid twenties and shifted it toCivil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.The body was also moved to Edhi Morgue for want of identification.In yet another mishap, a man was shot dead and another injured when a man opened fire on them in Baldia Town in the limits of Saeedabad Police Station, police said.A duty officer at Saeedabad Police Station said that one Rasheed Lala opened fire on Farhan Anees, 22 and Farhan Baloch son of Umar Baloch near house number 432 in D-3 area of Baldia Town. As a result Farhan Anees died on the spot and Farhan Balch received injuries.The body and injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi.Police said that motive behind the incident was the result of some financial dispute.
