President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday wrote a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry for early hearing of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Reference.
Presidential Spokesman Farhatullah Babar confirmed that President Zardari wrote the letter to chief justice.
According to the spokesman, the letter pleaded the Chief Justice Chaudhry for early hearing of reference of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
The letter said the verdict by the higher judiciary in connection
with ZAB reference case will bring about satisfaction to the millions of
Pakistanis. It should be mentioned here that Bhutto Reference case
hearing was adjourned in June. In the reference Bhutto hanging was
termed as the judicial murder. SANA
