Musharraf asked USA to stop India from involving in Balochistan otherwise Pakistan could use other options

ISLAMABAD: Former President Pervez Musharraf had made it clear to USA in 2007; if India would not stop the intervention in Baluochistan province then Pakistan would think over other options to tackle New Delhi.

Wiki Leaks disclosed that former US Ambassador Anne Paterson had sent a letter to State Office Washington on September 21, 2007, in which detail of the meeting of Pervez Musharraf with US Under Secretary of State Richard Boucher and Deputy Secretary John Pontinegro , which was held on September 13, 2007.
According t the letter Pakistani President Musharraf had told US officials that India was distributing arms and ammunitions among separatists in Balochistan and Pakistan had solid evidences regarding this. Pervez Musharraf also told Boucher that Afghan President sought some time to resolve the issue but no development was there to prevent Indian interference in Balochistan. Online
