Irregularities of Rs. 32 billion pointed out in public sector enterprises

The irregularities of 32 billion rupees have been pointed out in the Public Sector Enterprises which are being run under the government. These Public Sector Enterprises violated the rules and regulations and used their authorities illegally and made payments worth billion of rupees.

It is also pointed out that these Public Sector Enterprises caused billions of rupees loss to the National kitty due to lack of planning.
According to the audit report of 2010-2011 the government corporations being run under the federal ministries have caused loss of billions of rupees.
It is pointed out in the audit report that these corporations made fictitious payments of one billion and 270 million in 10 cases.
Similarly in 38 cases these Corruptions were founded involved in payment of 6 billion 600 million three million rupees. In the audit report it is recommended to recover the over payment of 8 billion 800 million rupees in 38 cases.
It is also pointed out in the report that the loss of 225 million have been wasted by the government due to failed strategy in seven cases.
It is also pointed out that in 11 cases 3 billion 270 million have been blocked. The audit report also pointed out the unauthorized over payment of 225 in five cases.
Similarly 28 cases are pointed out, which have caused loss of 1 billion 335 million rupees through over payments. In the government corporations the lack of internal control has been caused loss to the National kitty of one billion 80 million in 9 cases.
According to audit report in four cases the government have faced loss of 409 million 63 lack because of illegal investments. It is also pointed out in the audit report that the PIA made an agreement by violating the rules and regulations about consultancy services and it has caused loss of 44 lakh rupees to the national exchequer.
The audit report of 2010-2011 also pointed out that the gas supply to the fertilizer factories at subsidized rates have caused loss to the other industrial users of 8 billion 300 million.
The audit report pointed out that the appointments of pilots on fake degrees have caused loss of one billion 662 million rupees to the government. In the next meeting of Public Accounts Committee the committee would review the irregularities in the audit report about Public Sector Enterprises. SANA
