ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted
six benches for the hearing of important cases to be taken up by the
Supreme Court five would start their proceedings from 25th of July.
According
to the Cause List, a special larger bench comprising Justice Mian
Shakir Ullah Jan, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Tariq Pervaiz,
Justice Ameer Hani Muslim and Justice Ghulam Rabbani in the aegis of
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry would take up the suo motu
case of the Hajj Scam case on Monday. Online
