ISLAMABAD: IJ Principal road from Peshawar road to Faizabad Flyover
is in dilapidated condition and causing inconvenience for transporters.
Talking to this news agency here on Monday the transporters
expressed grave concerns over fractured IJ Principal road (Pir Wadhai
road) and CDA’s negligence. The transporters said that ditches and
craters on the road are causing road accidents.
The transporters also complained that encroachment across the road is aggravating the problems.
The transporters have demanded of higher authorities to ensure maintenance and re-carpeting of the road. Online
