Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) the main opposition party’s consultation
meeting will be held today (Saturday) at Raiwand to form strategy for
the forthcoming secessions of National Assembly and Senate.
Party chief Nawaz Sharif will chair the consultative secession and it will be attended by main party leaders.
According to PML-N sources, all the senior party members will attend
the secession and it will also discuss the possible resignation of
Chairman Public Accounts Committee Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan who
repeatedly said about the non-cooperation of government with Public
Accounts Committee.
PML (N) sources said that the secession will also discuss the
ongoing situation of country specially the law and order situation in
Karachi.
The sources further said that the parliamentary party secession has
also been called on 12 September whereby the members will be taken into
confidence about the decisions of the consultative meeting and the role
of PML (N) in Public Accounts Committee in future. SANA
