ISLAMABAD: Parliamentary Judicial Committee (PJC) has regularised
services of 7 additional judges of Lahore High Court (LHC) and Peshawar
High Court (PHC).
PJC met here Monday under its chairman Nayyar
Hussain Bokhari and reviewed the recommendations for making additional
judges regular. The members of the committee accorded approval to
regularize the judges after consultation.
Talking to media men
after the meeting Nayyar Hussain Bokhari said the meeting reviewed the
recommendations of Judicial Commission (JC) and approved the
recommendations of regularizing the services of 4 judges from PHC and 3
judges from LHC.
PHC judges who have been regularized are Atta
Ullah, Fasih ul Mulk, Mazhar Alam and Mansha ud Din and LHC judges are
Khawaja Imtiaz, Qasim Khan and Safir Qadri. Online
