ISLAMABAD: An important meeting of Economic Coordination Committee
(ECC) would be held today (Tuesday) in which new policy for 2011
regarding LPG and CNG would be discussed.
The last meeting of
ECC could not talk the CNG and LPG policy due to shortage of time. The
committee would decide to impose levy of Rs 10 per kilogram on LPG and
Rs 5 per kg during 2011.
Approval of the grant of Rs one billion for the Kamota Rental Power Plant is also on the agenda of ECC’s meeting. Online
