KARACHI: As many as 105 vehicles have been deployed in connection
with security of the meeting held here under the Prime Minister Syed
Yousuf Raza Gilani in the scenario when massacre is continuing on the
other side.
As per media reports 24 vehicles are deployed for the
security of Prime Minister, 28 for chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah
and governor Sindh Ishrat ul Ebad, 8 vehicles for interior minister
Rehman Malik, 10 vehicles for provincial home minister Manzoor Wassan
and 12 for Zulfiqar Mirza.
The vehicles in best condition have been deployed for the security of VIPs while faulty vehicles are being used by police. Online
