Interior Minister Rehman Malik taking to strict notice of the ongoing incidents of
target killing in Karachi and has directed the IG Police Sindh Syed
Wajid Ali Durrani and acting DG rangers to present report on the latest
target killing incidents; meanwhile Rehman Malik has directed IG Sindh
and Acting DG Rangers to take strict action against the culprits
involved in these incidents.
A meeting was held between Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Ex-
federal minister and member of National Assembly from FATA Noor-ul-Haq
Qadri in Islamabad on Thursday during which they discussed the over all
political situation of country.
The ex- minister informed the interior minister regarding the issues
of his tribe and requested the government to pay the due compensations
as soon as possible.
Meanwhile talking to strict notice of the ongoing incidents of
target killing has directed IG Police Sindh and Acting DG Rangers Sindh
to present report on latest target killing.
According to details the Interior Minster on telephone contacted
Acting DG Rangers and CCPO Karachi and directed them to take
indiscriminate action against the perpetrators involved in the
incidents of the target killings.
The interior minister directed the CCPO Karachi and DG Rangers to
double the forces in violent hit areas, adding that no stone should be
left unturned for the security of the citizens of Karachi; meanwhile he
said that all resources would be used for the security of citizens of
Karachi.
He directed that no one would be allowed to take law in his hands and the law braking elements would be treated with iron hands. SANA
