ISLAMABAD: PML-Q senior vice president Ajmal Khan Wazir has appealed
to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take
suo motu notice of drone attacks in Waziristan as such attacks are
breeding mental diseases in the area.
He said this while addressing a press conference here Wednesday in National Press Club.
He
alleged US and NATO were trampling international law daily. US were
targeting our integrity and sovereignty. No part of the country was
secure from these attacks and tribal people had become mental cases.
They are worried to think what will happen with them in the coming
days, he underlined.
To a question he said innocent people of
Waziristan were being provoked to resort to terrorism by meting out
inhuman treatment to them. Online
