Lawyers’ community vital part of judicial system: CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Ch has said lawyers community is a vital part of society and judicial system of the country adding significance of legal fraternity can not be overlooked , says a press release.

CJP said this while talking to a delegation of Abbottabad District Bar Association here Wednesday which called on CJP in Supreme Court (SC) building.
The contribution made by Abbottabad bar in lawyers movement was laudable, he said The judiciary was restored due to struggle waged by lawyers, he added. This struggle is matchless in the judicial history of the world, he underlined.
Commenting on national judicial policy he said the policy was aimed at providing inexpensive and early justice to the parties of case besides imparting training to youths.
Members of delegation thanked CJP for sparing time for them and appreciated the commitment demonstrated by CJP for rule of law. Online
