Minister
for Interior Rehman Malik and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
Hina Rabbani Khar called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani at
Prime Minister House here Monday morning.
The
Interior Minister apprised the Prime Minister about the overall law and
order situation with particular reference to Karachi. He
informed the Prime Minister about various steps being undertaken by the
government to enhance the level of coordination and intelligence
sharing with the provincial governments.
Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar discussed matters relating to the upcoming ASEAN
Regional Forum meeting scheduled for July 22-23 at Bali, Indonesia. She also discussed her scheduled Ministerial Dialogue with India on 27th July in New Delhi during the meeting.
