Govt negating supremacy of parliament: Maulana Fazlur Rehman

LAHORE: JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has alleged government is negating supremacy of parliament adding it is imperative to take all the decisions inside parliament to steer the country out of crisis.

He said this while talking to party officer bearers and media men before his departure to UK here Tuesday. Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidri, Maulana Abdul Majid Nadeem Shah, Maulana Mufti Ibrar Ahmad and others were also present on the occasion.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman urged all the parties to bury their differences and give one vision to the nation to extricate the country from the critical juncture of its history,.
“We are supportive of the stance that all the parties should foster national agenda as the situation was deteriorating day by day in the country. Reports on opposition grand alliance are only media reports, he held.
