First formal meeting of commission to probe Abbottabad incident tomorrow

The first formal meeting of Abbotabad Commission, set for the investigations of the may 2nd Abbottabad incident in which al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden was killed in US raid, will be held tomorrow (Tuesday) in Islamabad, which would be chaired by Justice Javed.

Leutenant general (retd) Nadeem Ahmad, Ex- IG police Abbass Khan and Ex-Ambassador to US Ashraf Jahangir Qazi while the Secretary Cabinet Division Nargis Sethi, who is secretary of this commission would attend the meeting of commission.
The commission also investigates the presence of Osama.
According to terms of reference of the commission the commission would also investigate the presence of Osama in Abbotabad; meanwhile the commission will also review the loopholes in security in view of American action and would present recommendations to avoid such actions in future.
Although the government has not announced any time frame for the completion of the investigations of the commission but the government has announced to inform the masses about the findings of the commission.
The meeting of the commission would be held in Cabinet Division; meanwhile for the provision of necessary assistance the secretary cabinet division has been given the responsibilities of the secretary of the commission. SANA
