MASTUNG: A remote-controlled bomb killed a nephew of Balochistan’s
Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani and left over 25 wounded in Mastung
district on Friday, police said.
The blast took place at the
end of a football match in Mastung district of Balochistan. The bomb
went off at a time when spectators were leaving the football ground
after the match.
More than 25 people, including Raisani’s
nephew Akmal Raisani, incurred injuries. They were shifted to District
Headquarter Hospital in Mastung. Four seriously injured men were rushed
to CMH Hospital in Quetta.
However, CM Raisani’s nephew
succumbed to his wounds. According to sources, the blast was aimed at
Chief Minister’s younger brother Nawabzada Siraj Raisani.
