All political parties would have to play role for restoration of peace in Karachi: Shahbaz Sharif

Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif talking to media persons at Lahore Air Port after Britain visit said that all political parties would have to become united for the improvement of the law and order situation of Karachi.

Later on after visiting the Ashiana Housing Scheme he said that Ashian Housing Scheme (AHS) will be extended to 16 cities and now 4,500 houses will be built in Lahore instead of 3,500.
He said that the first phase of AHS will be completed during this month and 500 hundred houses will be handed over to the people.
He said that they are not increasing the bank balance and also no promoting corruption in the affairs of the Punjab government.
He said that the people who committed theft in the Punjab Bank God has griped them in His anger, adding that he would end the corruption.
He said that it is the right of media to high light all the ills present in the society in a responsible way.
Shabaz Sharif said that his UK visit was successful as Pakistan and Britain are enjoying long standing relations.
He said that the Britain is the biggest investor in Pakistan, adding that he met with MQM leader Dr Farooq Sattar during his visit of British parliament.
He added that United Kingdom-Pak relations will be broadened further and UK is the leading investor country for Pakistan.
While replying a question regarding his meeting with JUI-F chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, he said that whenever Maulana meets, he spreads smiles on others lips; his meeting with Maulana Fazal was also held in a pleasant atmosphere and these meetings would be continued. SANA
