Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fateh has said that decision to file the review petition against the Supreme Court orders for the removal of DG Rangers and IG Sindh has be changed because they are employees of federal government so federation will bring out the solution of the matter.
Talking to media persons here on Monday, he said that government appointed Babar Awan as a lawyer of the case so he will prepare strategy that what they have to do.
He said that investigations are completed about the killing of youngster in Karachi and it is expected that challan would be presented within two days.
He said that government appointed Babar Awan to file the plea to review the court decision about the removal of DG Rangers Major General Ijaz Ahmed Chadhury and IG Sindh Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari and lawyer would decide the further plans. SANA
