Attorney General of Pakistan justice (retd) Maulvi Anwar ul Haq said the government will implement the Supreme Court orders of removing the DG Rangers Sindh Major General Ijaz Chaudhry and IG Sindh Police Fayyaz Leghari from their posts.
Talking to media here on Monday Attorney General said government cannot file a review appeal in this case of killing of a youth by rangers personnel, as it was a suo-moto action by Supreme Court that has no party and review petition can only be filed in a case that has a party contesting the case.
He said orders of the court are clear and related bodies will implement on the order of the Supreme Court before the ending of the three day deadline of the court.
Talking to media on Monday Advocate General Sindh Fateh Muhammad Malik said both DG Rangers and IJ Police are federal employees and therefore any decision in this regard would be taken by the federal government. SANA
