China Tuesday condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan, saying it will maintain its firm support to the Pakistani government and its people for the efforts in safeguarding national stability.
"China opposes terrorism of all forms," foreign ministry spokesman Hong Lei was quoted as saying by Xinhua.
A security guard was killed when a Pakistani Taliban suicide bomber blew himself up outside a private bank in Islamabad Monday.
"China has taken note of relevant reports," Hong said.
He said China offers its condolences to the victims' families. IANS
