Miranshah, May 17(ANI): In the latest incident of NATO helicopter incursion into Pakistani airspace, its choppers shelled a Pakistani security post on Tuesday, injuring two officials.
According to Dunya News, the NATO helicopters crossed the international borders and started shelling at Pakistani security forces in the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan.
Following retaliation by the Pakistani security forces, the NATO choppers returned to the Afghan side of the border.
It is the fourth incident of trespassing of Pakistani airspace by NATO helicopters.
The Pakistan Foreign Office has time and again protested against the violations of the Pakistan's geographical boundaries, but incidents of trespassing could not be stopped. ANI
