5 Chechen killed at Kharotabad were pilgrims: Report

A new Investigation report has claimed that five Chechen nationals killed in Kharotabad by firing of Frontier Constabulary personnel were pilgrims who were on their route to Iran to attend Holy places.

A private TV channel has quoted its sources that the killed persons were held hostages by human traffickers at Afghan city Spin Boldak. They entered Pakistan through Chaman border by paying bribe at various check posts.
Sources told this incident was an aftermath of not paying bribe at FC check post. The passports recovered from the killed had Iranian visas. Sources told two person escaped in the incident were human traffickers. SANA
