RAWALPINDI: The project of construction of Chohar Chowk underpass is in doldrums due to excessive expenditures.
Expenditures
on design and sewerage system are increasing due to which the
construction of the project has been stopped. The Administration is
planning to construct flyover in Chohar Chowk instead of underpass.
In
this connection, Commissioner Rawalpindi division Zahid Saeed said that
the project is not shelved and the flyover would be constructed in
