ISLAMABAD: MQM senators staged a walkout from Senate proceedings
over increasing incidences of lawlessness, disorder, and kidnappings
for ransom, here on Wednesday.
Talking during a point-of –
order during Senate session, MQM senator Babar Ghouri expressed his
concerns over increase in incidents of lawlessness and kidnappings for
ransom.
He cited recent abduction of two officials of Water
Board, and berated governments’ failure to maintain law and order in
