Dengue fever claims 3 more lives

LAHORE: Three more dengue virus - infected patients on Wednesday lost their lives totaling 17 deaths in Lahore.
As per media reports,
a Mujahid Squad constable was under treatment for five in Jinnah Hospital Lahore due to dengue virus infection. He died on Wednesday. Around 350 Mujahid Squad soldiers contacted dengue fever; five out of 350 were in critical condition including Ata Muhammad.
Meanwhile, Ali (5), resident of Shaker Garh, was admitted to the Children Hospital five days ago where he died on Wednesday. Nadeem (35) resident of New Mozang was admitted into the Services Hospital four days earlier having dengue fever. He died due to small amount of platelets in his blood.
