PESHAWAR: The Federal government has denied to administer an
additional bonus to all government employees on Eid Day in view of
ongoing economic crises.
Sources said that in this regard Finance Ministry has sent notifications to all the four provinces.
Earlier,
all the provincial governments including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and federal
government were reviewing on the proposal to give an additional Eid
bonus of Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 to all the government employees.
However, the federal government has refused to administer Eid bonus due to unavailability and insufficient funds. Online
