The time granted by the National Assembly Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to
the Ministry of Defense for the presentation of investigative report
regarding National Logistic Cell (NLC) scandal is going to be expire
today (Thursday).
The failure of Ministry of Defense in presenting a report would force PAC to announce its own recommendations.
PAC has held three former military generals and one former
bureaucrat responsible for this scandal. PAC in its last meeting on
June 25 had asked Ministry of Defense officials to present its report
from General Headquarters (GHQ) till June 30th so that PAC could
present its annual final report before the National Assembly. SANA
