Pakistan Peoples Party got victory in the general election of Azad Jammu
Kashmir with 20 out of 35 seats, Pakistan Muslim League (N) nine, ruler
party Muslim Conference four and two independents candidate got
victory.
According to un official results in LA-1, MIRPUR-1. The candidate of
PPP Afsar Shahid won from He took 12010 votes and Mosood Khalid took
10370 and become the second best.
In LA-II, MIRPUR-2 Ch Abdul Majeed took 170390 votes and took the
first position, he is the candidate of PPP and the runner up was from
PML(N).
In LA-III, MIRPUR-3 Barrister Sultan Mehmood took 17390 votes and
won the election he is candidate of PPP. Ch Mohammad Ashraf become the
runner up.
In LA-IV, Mirpur-4 Ch. Mohammad Arshad the candidate of PPP took
11487 and got the first position. Aveena Rukhsar took 8j000 votes and
become the runner up.
In LA-V, Bhimber-1 Ch Perviaz Ashraf the candidate of PPP took 21729
and won the election. Shafiq Jaral become the runner up he took 16800
votes.
In LA-VI, BHIMBER-2 Ali Shan Sone independent candidate become the winner.
In LA-VII, BHIMBER-3 Ch. Mohammad Tariq candidate of PML(N) took
31980 and won the election. Ch. Anwar ul Haq took 25911 and got the
second position.
In LA_VII, BHIMBER-I Ch Tariq Farooq the candidate of PML(N) took
31980 votes and win the election. Ch Anwar-u-Haq become the runner up
he took 25911 votes.
In LA- VIII, KOTLI-1 the candidate of Muslim conference Malik
Mohammad Nawaz took 23683 and won the election. Malik Mohammad Yousaf
become runner up he took 18073 votes.. SANA
