A constitutional petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court to seek the registration of a criminal case of the unilateral Abbottabad operation by the United States resulting in the death of Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden.
The petition filed by barrister Iqbal Jafree urged US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton be made party to the case as she admitted that Pakistan’s civil and military agencies did not know about Bin Laden’s presence in Abbottabad, The Nation reports.
Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden was killed on May 2 by US Navy SEALS in Abbottabad.(ANI)
