Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that the President Zardari should
not try to make the role of armed forces in the eyes of the masses,
adding that the attitude of President Zardari would create bad image of
forces in the eyes of people.
Talking to media persons outside the Punjab Assembly, he said that
we all have to respect the armed forces, Zardari should stop the duty
of the spokesman of armed forces. May be armed forces were helping
Zardari in corruption. Zardari being the President of Pakistan is the
hard luck of Pakistani people.
He said that the President Zardari violating his constitutional
duties and practicing politics in President House. He may have the
support of armed forces in his corruption, because for them he always
said that they want to kill him and trying to finish him and now
Zardari has become their spokesman.
He said that it is chance that the people of Pakistan think that for
some reason this corrupt jiala is leading the armed forces, this
situation would be harmful for the armed forces.
He said that the Zardari become President accidentally and he is
being spokesman of armed forces is against National interest. He said
that the commander in-chief of military and the position of ISPR are
two different things and president should change his behavior.
He said that like army the, Punjab government has also conducted
scrutiny in police and but found no one involved in illegal activities,
adding that few police personnel are under observation. He said that
until the people would not clear, they would not be appointed at any
sensitive position.
He said that the SSP Rawalpindi had given observation, that do not
appoint Mumtaz Qadri at any sensitive position, because of his
ideology. But no one care of his advice, adding that the people
responsible for his appointment were faced the consequences of their
