Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao on Friday called on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar and conveyed her the greetings from Indian Minister for External Affairs S.M.Krishna.
In a meeting held at Foreign Office, Rao said her government looked forward to the Minister of State’s visit to New Delhi next month. Khar conveyed to the Indian Foreign Secretary the importance Pakistan attaches to the ongoing dialogue process and to the improvement of Pakistan-India relations. She said she was looking forward very much to her meetings in New Delhi. The Indian Foreign Secretary is in Islamabad for the foreign secretaries’ level talks, which cover peace and security including CBMs; Jammu and Kashmir and promotion of friendly exchanges. APP
