Billions of rupees being corrupted by rulers: Sahhabz Sharif

Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday said that billions of rupees are being corrupted by the rulers, adding that it was reported in media that scam worth billions of rupees took place in the purchase of the Pakistan International Airlines’s (PIA) 777 aircrafts.

While addressing gathering after distributing lap tops in students here, Shahbaz Sharif said that the mafia was ruling the country, adding that the country was passing through a period.
Pakistan has the atomic power in one hand and a begging bowl in the other hand, he added, adding that the students should have to change this situation and should invent the remedy of the begging through computer.
Sharif said that the killing of innocent Pakistani citizens by drone attacks was intolerable, adding that the foreigners throw some coins with great hatred towards Pakistanis and in result martyr innocent Pakistanis through drone strikes, adding that the enemies of the country threaten us also.
He said that the begging bowl should have to be broken through computer, adding that through this we would achieve the Pakistan which was dreamed by Iqbal and Quadi.
He said that the Punjab government has established Danish Schools, in which the children of poor people are studying, adding that we would have to establish such kind of schools throughout the country.
Moreover, he said that free laptops were being provided to students strictly on merit bases. SANA
