SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmad Bilour has blamed
the Secretary Finance that he is responsible for the current
deteriorating situation of the Railways.

said that Ghulam Ahmad Bilour during the Cabinet meeting strongly
criticized Secretary Finance, Waqar Masood.
The Minister maintained that the whole nation has been suffering due to obduracy and ill-behavior of the Secretary Finance.
Sources
further told when Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani gave proposal
to Ghulam Ahmad Bilour for changing the ministry, however, the minister
responded, “I do not need any other ministry, if you want to get back,
you can, I will sit in National Assembly as MNA”.
