No party has right to derail democracy: Dr. Firdous

SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that no party has right to derail the democracy from the country.

Addressing to a collective marriage ceremony of 50 couples organized by NGO, Society for Health, Education and Development (SHED) here on Saturday, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) led coalition government is trying its best to provide maximum basic facilities for deserving and needy.
She said that the poor are the assets of PPP; they are part and parcel of our party while appreciating the efforts of the people of Sialkot, she said that Sialkoties always remain in forefront for poverty eradication and to do virtuous deeds.
Indonesian Ambassador to Pakistan, Wife of Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Pakistan, brother of Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Federal Minister Syed Asif Hashmi, the Chief Minister Baltistan, the Advisor to PM and others were also present on the occasion.
