RAWALPINDI: Poor cleanliness system in Dhok Elahi Bux union
council-42 is creating problems for residents of the area while they
have demanded of the high authorities to take notice of the situation.

to this news agency here on Wednesday the residents of the Dhok Elahi
Bux union council-42 complained that the heaps of garbage remain
scattered and spreading smell. They said that digging for reconstruction
of roads is aggravating their problems. The main holes are open on the
road and could cause accident.
