Senior lawyer and leader of Pakistan People’s Party Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan,
has said that government is bound to implement the court verdict,
adding that there would be no divergence between the government and
judiciary after rejection of a review plea over annulled National
Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) 2007.
Talking to media in Supreme Court Aitzaz said that the government had
implemented all the judicial verdicts, though there may be delay
somewhere due to certain reasons, adding that there should be no
ambiguity that government would not implement verdict on annulled
National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) 2007.
He said that after a judicial decision, the implementation process
vested with the government and it would decide how to proceed in this
regard.
