Balochistan government has sent the arrest warrants of former president
Parvez Musharraf, former prime minister Shaukat Aziz and former
provincial chief minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf in Nawab Akbar Bugti
murder case to federal government on Friday.
According to provincial interior minister arrest warrants have been
sent to federal interior ministry, adding tat the copy of FIR also has
been annexure with the warrants.
It is worth mentioning here that local court has issued arrest
warrants of former president Parvez Musharraf, former prime minister
Shaukat Aziz and former provincial chief minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf
and the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Justice Faiz Essa
while hearing Nawab Akbar murder case has ordered to bring back these
three accused from abroad.
On the direction of High Court provincial government has sent the warrants to federal government. SANA
