At least 41 militants were killed by security forces
in an operation against militants on Friday at Orakzai Agency and
Kurram Agency, while four security personnel were martyred and 15 others
injured in the operation.
According to security sources, clash happened between the militants
and military forces during an operation against militant commander Hafiz
Saeed and his group at Masoozai area of Kurram Agency.
As a result of clash 35 militants were killed and 15 others were
injured and three important training centers of militants were
destroyed; meanwhile the security forces taken control of Khogai area.
On the other hand, the hideouts of militants were targeted by
military forces with light and heavy weapons on Friday morning resulting
in death of six militants and destroyed two hideouts of militants. SANA
