Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan will resume the hearing of plea against the appointment of Chairman Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) today (Monday).
A three-member bench of SC comprising Justice Mian Sahkirullah Jan,
Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khliji Arif Hussain would hear the
case.
Earlier on last hearing the court had sought the details of issued licences of CNG stations during last years.
Meanwhile the same bench would also resume the case regarding
irregularities in Federal government employees housing scheme the court
has summoned the maps of original and changed plans from Federal
Government Employees Housing Foundation. SANA
