ISLAMABAD: Indian High Commissioner Mr. Sharat Sabharwal Thursday
called on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, discussed the issues of
bilateral relations.
The Foreign Minister stressed that Pakistan
sought friendly relations with India on the basis of mutual respect and
equality. She added that Pakistan was keen to take the Dialogue Process
forward in a sustained and result-oriented manner.
The Indian
High Commissioner expressed satisfaction at the conclusion of the first
round of resumed Dialogue Process. He stated that the Government of
India was encouraged by the successful visits to India of Foreign
Minister and Minister for Commerce of Pakistan in recent months. India
was keen to take the process forward. Online
