ISLAMABAD: Increasing encroachments outside the PIMS have become a
security risk and the City Administration does not comprehend the
threat.
The encroachments outside the hospital are increasing
daily and the encroachers are mostly from Peshawar, Mardan or Kohat. It
has been learnt that they do not even have ID cards, which is a high
security risk.
According to sources, the encroachments are being
set up with the liaison of staff of CDA Enforcement and Directorate of
Municipal staff outside PIMS. They are receiving monthly bribe for
allowing these encroachments.
In the present law and order
scenario these encroachments could prove to be a security risk and the
CDA as well as law enforcing agencies need to look into this matter for
