Consider my statements as future warning”: Hillary Clinton

ISLAMABAD: The visiting American secretary of state, Hillary Clinton has said that Pakistani leadership might as well as consider her statements as a future warning.

Answering another pertinent questions, while talking to senior journalists, she expressed her great satisfaction over her talks with Pakistani officials, while declaring complete agreement over 90%-95% issues, during her talks with COAS, Gen Pervez Ashfaq Kayani.
Replying to a question, she admitted the first ever fact by any American official, that America had been in contact with the Haqqani Network, as arranged by Pakistani intelligence sources.
She also admitted that America (never) had any firm proofs about involvement of ISI in attacks on Kabul HQs of CIA, and America based its ‘(Gen) Mullein accusations ‘ on wild guesses (!), since ISI and CIA usually maintained contacts with the militant groups.
Answering another question, she assured that there would be no future incursions by American ‘military boots’ within Pakistani borders, and also denied that any Taliban elements was ever present at the Istanbul conference.
Eluding another question, regarding letter by President Asif Ali Zardari to President Barrack Obama for American aid, she said that she had no information regarding the issue, and could be well deliberated by two rulers only.
She also expressed her dire reservations regarding Pakistan’s collaboration over gas pipeline with ‘a complicated and dangerous’ neighbor like Iran, whose internal affairs were also highly vulnerable.
She also said that USA did not want to use Pakistan as a scapegoat. Online
