ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to Pervez
Musharraf and CDA for not transferring Chak Shahzad farm house in name
of Sehba Musharraf and has ordered for maintaining farm house status
intact.
As per media reports Sehba Musharraf wife of Pervez
Musharraf had filed application in IHC taking plea that her husband
former President Pervez Musharraf had gifted her Chak Shahzad Farm
House in October, 2003, therefore, it was now owned by her but CDA was
not transferring it in her name. She prayed the court to direct CDA to
transfer farm house in her name.
IHC while issuing notices to Pervez Musharraf and CDA has issued orders to maintain status quo in farm house matter. Online
