SUKKUR: A twelve years boy was hand-cuffed by Panu Aaqil police here on Thursday.
According to details, Panu Aaqil police on Thursday brought a 12-year old boy in Civil hospital Sukkur for medical check-up.
While
the legal experts said that it was against the law to handcuff
children, however, Panu Aaqil police violated the law and handcuffed
the 12-year old Aamir Soomro. Aamir Soomro told the media persons that
police had arrested him in a false and baseless case of kidnapping a
three years old girl.
However, the fact is this that the people
from Chachar caste had a mind to have friendship the boy but upon his
refusal they beat the boy, resultantly, the boy went to register report
in a police station. But the police officials of the area despite
registering case against the culprits, arrested the innocent young boy
under baseless case of kidnapping a three years old girl.
Meanwhile,
on the occasion police officials told that the boy has brought to
hospital for checkup in handcuffs by the orders of the Civil Judge. Online
