KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has sought reply from Advocate General (AG) Sindh on a petition filed against target killing.
A 2-member bench presided over by Chief Justice SHC took up the case for hearing Friday.
Petitioner
Rana Fayyaz ul Hassan took the plea that innocent persons are killed
daily and government is playing role of glum spectator. Target killer
is apprehended but police fails to provide evidence against him.
The petitioner prayed the court to make DG Rangers respondent in the case.
The court after hearing the arguments has issued notice to AG Sindh. Online
