KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notices to home secretary
Sindh, IG Police Jails and others on a petition seeking hearing of
cases on pattern of video conferencing rather than presenting prisoners
in courts during hearing.
The petitioner through his petition
filed on Friday has taken plea that several problems are faced and time
and money is wasted while presenting the prisoners in courts during
course of hearing of cases.
