APGR refuses to play role in illegal payments to add agencies

Accountant General of Pakistan Revenues Shah Nawaz Khan has said that he knows his responsibilities and would not play any role in the payment of 35 crore rupees to advertising agencies against rules and regulations.

Talking to a private TV channel, he said that a special cell would be set up comprising on officials of PID, who are working since three years in the department.
Replying a question about the payment to advertisement agencies on fake bills, he said that he would not play any kind of role in the payment by ignoring rules and regulations.
He said that it is the instinct of the man to make mistakes, adding that he would not do anything wrong intentionally.
Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani ordered for the payment of 35 crores to advertising agencies on fake bills by suspending rules and regulations and written evidences of Prime Minister Secretariat and Information Ministry are available and these documents shows that PM ordered to suspend the rules.
The copy of a summery is available with the news agency that Secretary Information & Broadcasting Taimur Azmat talked about the payments by suspending the rules and regulations to advertising agencies as an acting Secretary Information and Broadcasting.
